Client: L'Oreal
Project: UKI employee Magazine

UKI is a glossy quarterly magazine which communicates strategy and brand news to L'Oreal's 3,000 employees in the UK and Ireland in an uptempo style.

The brief was to create a publication which matched news-stand titles for image, and portrayed the company as a young, dynamic and brand-led organisation.

The formal research indicates the brief has been more than met. A survey of readers showed that the audience love UKI with a massive 95 per cent saying the magazine enabled them to understand the business better and more than 80 per cent endorsing the design, a huge vote of confidence in an image-conscious organisation.

UKI has continued to evolve since it was launched in 2001, and in an industry where trends are constantly changing, the challenge is to continually keep the publication as fresh as possible.

"It's a tricky job to combine so many brands under one title - but CG manages to do it with style every time. The magazine stands out and grabs your attention, and we're proud to display it in our offices. Members of head office from Paris have even taken away copies for inspiration!"
