Client: O2

We deliver a suite of internal communication channels to O2 in the UK and Ireland.

News O2 is an award-winning website that complements the company's brand guidelines and fosters a strong sense of community. The agency responsible for O2's brand identity described CG's design as "100 per cent on brand - the best example of internal communications we have seen". Readers like it too. In a survey this year, 98% rated the articles as good to excellent and 100% thought the look and content reflected O2's brand values.

Communicator is a bi-monthly PDF newsletter giving O2 Airwave's police customers news of all the latest developments to the Airwave service and helping to build a strong two-way relationship between O2 Airwave account managers and their key police contacts.

Rap for O2 Ireland is an attractive and informative bi-monthly magazine for employees in Ireland and Money Matters is a monthly PDF newsletter for people in the O2 Ireland Finance department. It's delivered via email or accessible via the O2 intranet.

Before O2's Airwave business was sold to the Macquarie Group in 2007, we produced On Air, a quarterly 24-page magazine sent to O2 Airwave employees across the UK - from head office employees to people working to establish and run the network. We continue to produce the magazine for Airwave, containing information on new contract wins, progress on existing projects, updates on customer satisfaction and social news.

More Case Studies

"Effective employee communication is of paramount importance within O2 and news O2 is one of our critical channels in the delivery of this. It has continually improved during our four-year history with CG and, vitally, has achieved credibility and readability among our employees."

Richard Poston,
Director of Corporate Affairs, O2 Group

"We started working with CG Business Communications early this year and, since then, the magazine is much more professional and the perception of it across the business has changed in light of this. CG really understands our business, which makes life so much easier."

Anthea Davis,
